SHIPPING POLICY

1. Place of delivery
The supplier poctailor s.r.o. ensures delivery of goods within the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Deliveries to other countries are arranged on an individual basis.

2. Delivery times
– Stock items: within 7 business days of order confirmation.
– Custom configurations (especially instruments): 4–8 weeks depending on specification.
– Reagents and consumables: subject to availability, usually within 7 business days.

The Supplier reserves the right to reasonably extend the delivery time if caused by delays from the manufacturer or carrier. The Customer will be informed of any delay.

3. Method of delivery
Standard delivery is carried out by a contracted carrier (PPL, Czech Post, GLS) or by the Supplier's own dispatch. For sensitive goods (instruments, refrigerated reagents) we always choose an appropriate type of transport, including the temperature chain.

4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are part of the price quotation. For orders above a specified limit, we provide free delivery — the limit is set individually according to the contractual arrangement.

5. Receipt of goods
Upon receipt, the Customer is required to inspect the goods and packaging. Any damage to the packaging must be recorded on the delivery note and immediately reported in writing to servis@poctailor.eu, no later than 24 hours after receipt. Hidden defects can be claimed within 7 business days of delivery.

6. Installation and commissioning
For instruments, we provide installation and commissioning within 5 business days of delivery, including connectivity with the laboratory (LIS) or hospital (HIS) information system and operator training.
